Introducción: El carcinoma de células renales (CCR) representa el 80-90% todos los cánceres riñón con una edad máxima incidencia entre 60-70 años. Los tres síntomas más comunes son hematuria, dolor en costado y masa costado. La mejor opción tratamiento para la enfermedad renal crónica es trasplante renal. uno factores riesgo del CCR. mayoría casos se diagnostican después un renal; diagnóstico durante preparación paciente asintomático raro, especialmente entorno donde pacientes difícilmente reciben cura cáncer porque tarde, etapa avanzada enfermedad. Presentación caso: Varón 62 años manejo por a quien le diagnosticó tumor derecho estudio Se realizó nefrectomía radical derecha informe histológico que reveló CCR (variante claras) localizado.
